Purpose and boundary

This capability operates inside explicit organization, identity, source-authority and audit boundaries. It does not create authority that a connected system or authorized human does not hold.

Core operating model

• Establish the accountable owner and authoritative inputs.
• Configure access, freshness, quality and lifecycle policies before activation.
• Validate positive, negative, degraded and recovery paths.
• Monitor outcomes and retain explainability evidence.

Verification

Confirm tenant isolation, permission revocation, evidence traceability, idempotent retries and audit completeness in the target environment. Record environment-specific limitations before production use.

Troubleshooting

Start with health and audit evidence, identify the failing boundary, preserve correlation identifiers and retry only when the operation is safe and idempotent.
